Terms of service

Each purchase or free download grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on machines you own or control, for making music, including commercial releases. Sounds and MIDI you create with the software are yours. You may not redistribute the software, its sample content, presets or knowledge packs, reverse-engineer the licence scheme, or resell licence keys.

VibeMind Free and Pro

VibeMind for Ableton (the bridge) is free. VibeMind Pro is a monthly or yearly membership that unlocks the knowledge layer: artist packs, placement, mix checks and pack downloads. Pro keys expire at the end of the paid period plus a short grace; when a membership ends, the free bridge keeps working and the Pro tools stop. Artist names in packs are used descriptively: packs contain our own measurements and notes, never the artists' audio, and no artist endorses or is affiliated with VibeMind.

Trials

Trials are time-limited and may be used once per machine. Trial keys and markers must not be tampered with.

Purchases are made through Gumroad under its terms. One-time purchases and the first charge of a membership can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing support@rollaaudio.com from the purchase email. Renewal charges are not refundable; cancel the membership before the next charge. Prices and early-access offers can change at any time; a purchase keeps the terms it was bought under.

The Report Card is a free measurement tool provided as is. Results are statistics about your audio compared with ranges we measured; they are not a guarantee of quality, and no artist named in the tool reviewed or endorses the results. Do not upload audio you have no right to measure. Uploads are deleted after measurement; see the privacy policy.

The software and the site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, ROLLA Audio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Contact: support@rollaaudio.com.
