Email signups

When you join an update list, ask for a Report Card fix list or download a free VibeMind beat, we store your email address, the time, which consent text you agreed to, and which form or beat it came from. We use it to send the emails you asked for. Every email carries an opt-out link.

Report Card (rollaaudio.com/vibemind/mixcheck)

The audio you upload is measured and then deleted, before you see the result. We keep the resulting numbers (loudness, crest, band levels and similar), the artist you compared against, and whether an email was given. We never keep the audio or its file name. A short-lived hash of your network address limits the number of runs per day; the address itself is not stored.

Site traffic

rollaaudio.com keeps a cookieless daily counter of page views and button clicks by traffic source. It stores no IP addresses and no visitor identifiers.

Advertising measurement

VibeMind pages may load the Meta pixel and Google Analytics so we can measure whether our ads work. These set cookies and send page-view and purchase-click events to Meta and Google under their own privacy policies. Other pages on this site do not load them.

Purchases and licences

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, which collects your payment details under its own policy. After a purchase we receive your email address and name from Gumroad to generate and send your licence key. Keys are stored with the sale id so we can resend them. Our products do not phone home: licences are checked offline on your machine.

VibeMind Pro packs

When VibeMind downloads an artist pack, it sends your licence key to our pack server to prove membership. The server logs a hash of the licence email and the pack name, not the key.

Support email

Mail to support@rollaaudio.com is kept for as long as needed to answer it.

Our hosting providers (Cloudflare for this site, Railway for the licence and pack servers), Gumroad (payments), Resend and Zoho (email delivery), and, on VibeMind pages only, Meta and Google (advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

To be removed from any list, use the opt-out link in an email or write to support@rollaaudio.com from the address in question. To have your licence records removed after a refund, write to the same address. Report Card results are kept so share links keep working; ask and we will delete yours by its id.

Our products and this site are for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
